The University is Armenian-Russian joint venture, which has an international statute.


Chairman: L A. Hovhannisyan, member of Social and economical board of UNO, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor .

Staff of professors and tutors: one academician, five professors and ten assistant professors.

The education ways are correspondence, personal.

Institute graduates award certificate of degree.

The entrance examinations: oral (from one subject), dictation (Armenian language).

 

Instruction

The University gives specialization of pharmaceutical technologists and experts of commercial commodities, juridical, economical and technological expertise.

The University has two educational directions:

1.Biotechnology;
2. Economics and management.



Faculties and specialities

1. Faculty of pharmaceutical technologies and expertise.

Specializations:

  1. Pharmaceutical biotechnologies;
  2. Biotechnology of nourishment product.
  3. Expertise and commerce of drugs.

    Duration of study: 4 years. Tuition fee: drams equivalent to $1500 or $2400 per year.

2. Faculty of commercial commodity research and expertise.

Specializations:

  1. Commercial commodity research (applied maxi marketing);
  2. Computer technology of trading;
  3. Commodity research and commerse of realty;
  4. Expertise of hotels and tourism, service organization;
  5. Advertising activity in commodity research;
  6. Trucking industry and trading organization.


    Duration of study: 4 years. Tuition fee: drams equivalent to $1500 or $2400 per year.
The University is the first educational institution that accredited by Russian federation and number of state organizations of Armenia.
  1. Due to accreditation the University graduates have the right
    To continue the education in prestigious institutions of Russia and award government master's degree diploma;
  2. In the second grade students get qualification of computer operator and government certificate from the Institution of Informative problems of National Academy of Republic of Armenia.
  3. Graduates of third grade get graduate certificate of “Commercial expertise of medicaments” special course from “Deghgortsakalutyun” (“Medicament agency”) state enterprise.
  4. Graduates of legal expertise of commercial commodity and commodity research get expert qualification and government certificate, as well as government certificate from the National Institute of Standards of Republic of Armenia.

The University has target positions for studying in master courses at the “Druzhba narodov” (“Friendship of Nations”) State University and in the “Informative technologies” basic and educational institution of L. Ya. Karpov scientific center in Moscow.

The specialization directions are:
–Informative nets and resources of Internet;
–Technology of medical polymers.
People with higher education are eligible to enter the university, regardless of status of graduated institution.

 

The University is accredited by
Moscow State Lomonosov Academy of fine chemical technologies. Due to accreditation University students can continue education at the Moscow State Lomonosov Academy of fine chemicals. University graduates can continue the education at the master courses of the same Academy. Academy graduates award certificate of degree of Russian Federation.

Academy students are provided with accommodation in Moscow.
