Tuition fee discounts exist for the children of persons, perished during the liberation battles in Artsakh, children without parents, children from the earthquake zone and Artsakh, as well as for honors student. The Institution has a scientific union, student council, board of criminality and clinical issues, the institution possesses its own educational building, informative center and criminal and experimental laboratories in Yerevan downtown. The graduates of the institution are provided with work at the systems of ministries of Internal Affairs and National Security, Defense and Justice, in different fields of national economy.

The Institution is provided with a basic laboratory, publishes it own periodical, "Lawyer-Expert." The students study computer free of charge. The Institution is equipped with educational base, specialized library, a unique laboratory on criminality.
Both state and non-governmental institutions of higher education, as well as Yerevan branches of several external institutions use the educational base of current Institution. The Institution has close connections with the respective branches of the Academy of Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation, with the International Academy of National Security issues, as well as with the "National Examination Bureau" of National Academy of Sciences of Republic of Armenia and with Russian Federation Antiterrorism Center.
“The Chronology of Republic of Armenia after Declaring of Independence” by Professor Azat Tadevosyan is a school-book for university students, researchers of the history of Armenian nation, teachers, lecturers and wide audience of readers.
Azat Patvakani Tadevosyan was born in Zovk village of Abovyan region of Republic of Armenia . He received his secondary education in no 11 school of Yerevan . He has graduated from the history and law faculty of Yerevan Pedagogical Institute. Tadevosyan has worked in Young Communist League and state bodies, served for law enforcement bodies. He was one of the founders of Masis region in Armenia , where he worked as the head of the first organizing committee of the regional committee of Young Communist League of Armenia.
Azat Tadevosyan has lectured in Yerevan Khachatur Abovyan Pedagogical University , worked also as head of a secondary school. He is a member of Yerkrapah Voluntary Union, awarded its higher prizes and diploma. He devoted himself strongly to the defense of Armenia 's borders. He is the head of the board of Union of Experts of Republic of Armenia and the Committee for Qualification Increasing of Legal Experts of Yerevan. On June 12, 2006 the presidium of National Academy of Republic of Armenia has appointed him a member of scientific board of the National Bureau of Legal Expertise. In 2007 he was selected as deputy president of “Kyanq” (“Life”) human rights international association. As a colonel he has been the head criminal expert of PMA of State security of Russian Federation . According to no 003 order from April 14, 2009 by Russian Federation State security MA- Tadevosyan was granted by special military ranks of third-class advisor and general-major; in July 2007 – special ranks of second-class advisor and general-lieutenant.
Azat Tadevosyan is Ph.D. in historical sciences, academician of the Academy of Legal Studies . He is author of around 46 scientific studies and school-books. He awarded medals “For Working Courage,” “Maternal Gratitude from Artsakh People”, medals from Ministry of Home Affairs of SWAT, number of state awards and medals, “Excellent Student of National Education” badge. He awarded also medals from Ministry of Home Affairs of Armenia, Ministry of Science and Education of Armenia, administration of Home Affairs of Yerevan, Young Communist League of Armenia, Yerevan Municipality , “Kentron” commune of Yerevan , as well as the highest award of Collective Security Treaty Organization of Russian Federation.
