About University

University has obtained a state status and provides graduates with state diplomas. Students possess almost all the rights and privileges, defined for state Universities.

Admission in the University is carried out on competitive basis, through interviews for the entrants with medals. If necessary students may combine education and job. In that case personal schedule is organized. Excellent students and post-graduated students can get practice training at the universities of Paris, Marseille, Moscow, Oxford, Cambridge, Athens, Thessalonica, Milan, Tehran, Madrid, Castilla-La Manchi, and Damascus on the basis of contract.

Several scientific centers function in the University: Center of Armenian issue and Armenian genocide, Indian studies n.a. Tagor, European studies, Spanish studies after Servantes, and Greek art and language senter.

All the students attend computer courses and get graduation diploma. For students in the new buildings of the University all the necessary conditions are provided.

The university runs post-graduate course, the graduates of wich may defend Ph. D. dissertation.
