"Arats" Agency - advertising-publishing organization, with limited liabilities. It was formed in 1998, and has published a lot of guiding, educational, professional, fiction and pastime books, brochures and magazines. The director of the agency is Hovsep Khurshudyan.

"ARMION"
Armenian-French Magazine

Since the end of 2000 "Arats" Agency has been publishing an "Armion" Armenian-French magazine. First time in Armenia an issue comes out in two languages, the free samples of which are mostly spread in French-spoken countries (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada and Lebanon). Armenian culture and economy are presented to their citizens and to Armenian community representatives. Being away from the comments on the internal political life, the magazine has the aim not only to exhibit an interest in the Armenian culture, industry and various types of production, but to improve foreign investments as well. On the other hand the magazine wishes to become an issue for French-knowing Armenians and the representing organizations of the French-spoken countries. Though it was only two publications the magazine has already found its fame and devoted readers.

The aim of "The IHE of Armenia, 2006-2007" is to familiarize our society and first of all the entrants with all the acting state and private higher educational institutions. The directory is updating and publishing annually since 1998 along with the "Economica Yev Iravunk" magazine. The directory includes detailed directions of not only Armenian, but also IHEs of Russian Federation. This information will mostly help the entrant to make the right decision in choosing a profession. In the inclusion is given an additional information about:

• Present auxiliary courses and colleges of the IHE
• Payment allowances and privileges
• Post graduational courses
• Scientific and social student-organizations.

There are also some materials about the Armenian military educational institutions.
