Attached is a Call for Applications to the Black Sea Link Fellowships 2011 – 2012, sponsored by Volkswagen Stiftung and hosted by the New Europe College in Bucharest, Romania .

The Fellowship is available to individuals from Armenia , Azerbaijan , Georgia , Moldova , and Ukraine who are current doctoral students or who hold PhDs .

The deadline for applying is November 15 , 2010.
